You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must immediately notify ug234 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, identity theft, or any security breach. ug234 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where the User failed to maintain adequate security measures or notify the Company in a timely manner.
ug234 may require Users to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals or at any time during Account usage. KYC verification may include submitting copies of government-issued identification, proof of address (utility bills, bank statements), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
ug234 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI, as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, but individual transactions above Rp 100,000,000 may require additional verification. ug234 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own processing fees, which are beyond ug234's control and are the User's responsibility.
ug234 maintains strict anti-money laundering policies in compliance with international financial regulations. Accounts showing suspicious activity, including rapid deposits and withdrawals without wagering, may be flagged for investigation. Users must wager deposited funds at least once before withdrawal requests will be honored. ug234 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant Indonesian authorities.

Bonuses are intended for recreational Players and are granted at ug234's sole discretion. The Company reserves the right to exclude any User from participating in promotions or to limit bonus eligibility based on betting patterns, Account history, or suspected fraudulent activity.
All bets placed on ug234 are final once confirmed. Users are responsible for ensuring their bet selections are correct before submission. ug234 is not obligated to cancel or modify bets except in cases of obvious technical error (e.g., incorrect odds displayed due to system malfunction).
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or incorrect odds, ug234 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stake amount. The Company's decision on all betting disputes is final and binding.
Sports betting markets include football (bandar bola), basketball, badminton, volleyball, MotoGP, and e-sports. Bet types include Asian Handicap (voor bola), Over/Under, 1X2, Mix Parlay (accumulator), Correct Score, and BTTS (Both Teams To Score).
All sports bets are settled based on official results as recognized by the governing body of the respective sport. If a match is abandoned, postponed, or canceled, bets will be voided unless the match is completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time. For Mix Parlay bets, voided selections are treated as selections with odds of 1.00.

ug234 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account immediately and without prior notice if the User:

Users may voluntarily self-exclude from ug234 for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to customer support in writing via email. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the chosen period expires. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your Account, deposit funds, or place bets.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming standards and the laws applicable to online entertainment services. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ug234 shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
